Dr. Nofan Mansour Ajarmeh is the co-founder and attorney at law at Gedara law firm, and is a Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Jordan since 2005 – till present. He beholds a Ph.D. in Administrative Law – University of Ein Shams – Egypt, LL.M in Administrative Law – University of Al Albeit – Jordan, and LL.B in Law – University of Mu’tah – Jordan. He was the President of Legislation & Opinion Bureau in Jordan (2013-2019), was the State Minister of Prime Ministry Affairs (Political, Administrative, and Legislative Affairs) (October 08, 2012 – March 30, 2013), and was the Minister of Political Development (May 02 – October 08, 2012).

He has a broad experience in Administrative and civil cases in its various fields and a long experience in cases of telecommunications, banking, social security, airlines companies, tourism investment companies (hotels), where he is currently a board member at Safwa Islamic Bank, and was a board member at Royal Jordanian Airlines Company, Jordan Post Company, Insurance Board of the Social Security Corporation, the National Company for Tourism Development (owner of several hotels), and was in-house lawyer and Director of the Legal Department at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) in Jordan.

Moreover, he has published several articles in international refereed magazines related to various administrative fields, and many articles published in local Jordanian newspapers.

Dr. Qais Ali Mahafzah is the co-founder and attorney at law at Gedara law firm, and is a Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Jordan since 2002 – till present. He beholds a Ph.D. in Maritime Commercial Law – University of Durham – United Kingdom, LL.M in Commercial Law – University of Aberdeen – United Kingdom, Diploma in Trade Policy and Multi-Lateral Trading Systems – World Trade Organization and the Arab Monetary Fund, and LL.B in Law – University of Jordan. At present, he is a Board Member of the Competition Affairs Committee at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Member of the Editorial Board of Dirasat Journal: Shari’a and Law Sciences, and was the Vice Dean of the School of Law-The University of Jordan, Board of Trustees Member – Jordan University of Science & Technology, Member of the Editorial Board of the Jordanian Journal of Law and Political Science / Mu’tah University, Board Member of the Social Security Investment Fund, Board Member of the Judicial Institute of Jordan, Board Member at Jordan Post Company, and Head of Bill of Jordan Maritime Law Committee.

He has a broad experience in commercial, transportation (sea, land and air), corporate and foreign investment cases, in addition to his vast experience in commercial arbitration, as an arbitrator and attorney, drafting contracts, various local and foreign agreements, and providing legal advices in many legal fields.

Moreover, he has published several articles in international refereed journals in both Arabic and English related to various commercial fields, and several articles published in local Jordanian newspapers in Arabic and English that relate to the reality of the transportation sector in Jordan.

Dr. Mohammad Taha Alflaieh is the co-founder and attorney at law at Gedara law firm, and is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at the Middle East University in Jordan since 2021 – till present. He beholds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law – University of Ein Shams – Egypt, a Master’s Degree in Public Law from Middle East University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Al-Isra’ University. He has been practicing law since 1999 and has an extensive experience in various legal and commercial cases, such as; commercial papers in its variety, as well as administrative disputes especially related to universities, and penal cases mostly cash-flow crimes, such as fraud, credit abuse and cases of cheque issuance that are linked to accounts without enough balance. Apart from real estate issues related to property disputes, the removal of common property, rent and lease, as well as issues related to acquisitions, development, construction, finance, operation, leasing and disposal of real estate; as he has been a legal / real estate expert since 2003.

He has worked as a legal consultant for many telecommunication companies, gaining extensive experience in communication cases and everything related to telecommunication law, as well as its related regulations and by-laws. He has an extensive experience in bankruptcy and liquidation cases, as he worked as a liquidator for many trading companies, including Xpress Communications Company.

Moreover, he has published several articles in international refereed journals in both Arabic and English related to various criminal and commercial fields.

Eng. Mohammad Mehyar is an expert Associate at Gedara law firm who holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology – University of Irving (Dallas, Texas). He has extensive experience in technical and procedural matters related to telecommunications, which contributes significantly to solving the telecommunication issues through his extensive experience and contribution to help the clients who owns telecommunication companies to manage their business and obtain the necessary licenses for them to be able to work and support their projects.

Ms. Nadeen Moris Abawi is attorney at law at Gedara law firm, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan (rating: Very good). She is characterized by her excellent command of the English language, which has played a major role in her participation six times in the William C. V is International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna-Austria, thereby gaining experience in the UNCITRAL Arbitration rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). She has experience in various commercial, civil, labor, criminal cases, and arbitration. Currently, she is completing her Ph.D. in Arbitration at Cairo University in Egypt.

She has experience in drafting local and foreign legal contracts and agreements, in addition to her experience in corporate cases and all procedures related to the establishment of companies, their follow-up, registration of trademarks and patents. She has experience in the completion of any legal licenses for any commercial or real estate projects or investments in the Kingdom. She also holds legal experience in non-Jordanian investments related to the Companies Control Department and the Investment Authority.

Ms. Fada’a Abu Alsamen is attorney at law at Gedara law firm, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan. She has experience in various commercial, civil, labor, and criminal cases for more than ten years.
